The large, brand-new panoramic kitchen, with its stunning view of Caprera, allows you to prepare breakfast while enjoying the first rays of the sun rising over the sea. It is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave, as well as a spacious central peninsula featuring modern and functional appliances. USB sockets make it easy to follow your favourite recipes on a tablet, while air conditioning, a glass cabinet with wine-tasting glasses and a water purification system complete this beautifully designed space. This area is the heart of the villa, perfect for unforgettable dinners to be enjoyed on the seafront terrace right above the water.

Outdoor spaces and coast of the villa
The panoramic living room welcomes you with two large armchairs and a comfortable genuine leather sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Opposite, a large Smart TV provides access to the most popular streaming platforms, while the Hi-Fi sound system with Bluetooth, CD player and radio is perfect for setting the mood at sunset with your favourite music.
The two large glass doors frame a private bay, bringing the sea quite literally into the house and making the living area one of the most loved spaces in the villa. An extendable dining table is also available, although you will almost certainly choose to dine outdoors. Ultra-quiet air conditioning is provided, even though the sea breeze naturally keeps the space cool.

Villa Mica features four bedrooms – three double bedrooms and one twin room – all designed to ensure comfort and privacy. Each room has windows overlooking either the garden or the sea, with northern and eastern exposure, spacious wardrobes, USB sockets, a digital safe and independent air conditioning. The new-generation mattresses, soft and enveloping, guarantee deep and restorative sleep, gently lulled by the sound of the sea.
The villa offers three bathrooms, combining design with well-being. The main bathroom is truly unique, featuring a panoramic sea-view shower: a large natural granite rock emerges behind the shower, and together with the interior lighting creates a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. The designer sanitary ware, with its distinctive spherical shapes, makes this space particularly exclusive. The central bathroom, located between the bedrooms, is also fully equipped with all amenities. The third bathroom, en suite, includes a shower and washbasin and is ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
Outside, Villa Mica is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. To the rear and on the western side lies a large private pine grove, complete with hammocks, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the trees. The second sunbathing area, facing east and overlooking the Island of Caprera, offers stunning views over the La Maddalena Archipelago, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the sun, the silence and the authentic beauty of Sardinia.

Fast check-in is mandatory for both accommodation requiring our operator and automated accommodation. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes. You will be provided with a personalised door unlock code, and in the e-mail you will receive there will be the buttons or door and/or door unlock codes.
- A credit card is required as a security deposit.
