Arrivals and departures:

• SELF-check-in guaranteed from 5 p.m. onwards (unless earlier access is possible, agreed at the time of booking or in any case within 3 days before);
• Fast-check-in is compulsory for both accommodations that require our operator and those that are automated. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes. You will be provided with a personalised door unlock code, and in the e-mail you will receive there will be the buttons or door and/or door unlock codes.

At the time of the estimate, you will receive the cost for Extras:

• towels cost, per person per stay;
• bed linen cost, per person per stay;
• welcome Pack Plus*, if requested.

A Credit Card may be required as a guarantee or, as a security deposit.

The cancellation policy will be made explicit in the quote. The meeting point will be indicated in the booking confirmation.
