A few steps away from the flat we have a bar and marina as well as the famous restaurant “La Scogliera” which welcomes its guests from land and sea.

The flat is located on the ground floor, with easy access and recently renovated inside.

It consists of a comfortable living room with kitchenette.

The bedroom has a direct exit to the veranda.

In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people.

The covered veranda is habitable, ideal for dinners or breakfast overlooking the sea.

Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and air conditioning.

Arrivals and departures:

SELF-check-in guaranteed from 5 p.m. onwards (unless earlier access is possible, agreed at the time of booking or in any case within 3 days before);
Fast-check-in is compulsory for both accommodations that require our operator and those that are automated. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes. You will be provided with a personalised door unlock code, and in the e-mail you will receive there will be the buttons or door and/or door unlock codes.

At the time of the estimate, you will receive the cost for Extras:
