An eco-sustainable structure
La Bonaccia has been designed with an eco-sustainable ventilation system that allows for optimal air conditioning of the rooms in the house, including the living room and kitchen, with low environmental impact and eliminating the noise pollution produced by air conditioners.
The walls and roof of the house are insulated to limit heat exchange with the outside. All rooms have double openings for natural air exchange and ventilation. The sealed and vasistas-opening windows and doors allow for optimal ventilation. To support this, there are paddle fans installed in the ceiling in every room of the house.
This system will allow you to enjoy the interior and exterior of the house in an environmentally friendly and healthy way.
All windows and doors are also equipped with mosquito nets.
Villa on the seafront
It is located on the seafront of the residential village of “Piras” and is just a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera.
The garden, protected by an artistic dry stone wall, is made up of Mediterranean essences, in particular mastic trees, and gives complete privacy to the house. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents.
The Village’s two sandy beaches are easily reached on foot along an asphalt road in about 3 minutes (500 metres). The first is Cala Grande, a favourite for bathing and has a play area for children. The second beach is also used for mooring boats.
Exterior spaces
With a covered area of over 150 square metres, the house is arranged on the ground floor only, without steps. It is particularly suitable and safe for families with children and/or elderly people.
Dining outside on the veranda on summer evenings is particularly pleasant. There is also a built-in barbecue nearby. Coming back from the sea and taking a shower outside is a relaxing moment in the midst of nature.
The house has three separate entrances: a pedestrian entrance, a car entrance with a covered parking space and a very large entrance for a boat trailer.

The villa has very high ceilings, spacious rooms and ceiling fans to keep it cool.
The villa is laid out as follows: large living room and dining room for 8 people; 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds.
It has two large bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and the other with a shower.
There is a kitchen and a covered outdoor veranda with a dining table.

Fast check-in is mandatory for both accommodation requiring our operator and automated accommodation. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes. You will be provided with a personalised door unlock code, and in the e-mail you will receive there will be the buttons or door and/or door unlock codes.
- A credit card is required as a security deposit.
