Villa “La Maddalena”, is a splendid villa immersed in the Mediterranean maquis of Sardinia, like few others.
Independent and seafront (only 20 meters away), it is located between the bridge of Caprera and the Island of Giardinelli, overlooking all the most beautiful coves on the west coast of Caprera.
From the villa you can admire Cala Serena, I Coralli, Cala Napoletana, Cala Caprarese and Cala Testa del Polpo, and also the museums dedicated to the Hero of Two Worlds: Giuseppe Garibaldi.
The villa also has a pier for mooring small boats (max 9 mt). An extra comfort for your moments of relaxation at sea.
A large pine forest is accessible from the south-west side of the villa.
At sea, instead, there is a pinetina equipped with outdoor shower, table and chairs for small snacks near the shore.
In all there are 3 areas where you can sunbathe: the raised beach, with sunbeds; the natural beach to the north and the natural beach to the northeast.
Your cars can stay up to a maximum of 4 seats.
Internally it is composed of a large living room with 2 comfortable sofas, has a Smart TV of new generation and in front of it a table for lunch when it is breezy on the terrace.
The large living room overlooks, through an English style window, the terrace of about 60 square meters that offers a splendid view of the sea in the Gulf of Giardinelli.
The kitchen, rebuilt in 2020, is super-equipped. American-style fridge, induction hob, extractor hood with external vent for excellent fries, dishwasher for 12 place settings, ventilated oven with 7 programmes and Smart combined microwave oven.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, four bathrooms with shower (two of which inside two double bedrooms).
From each room you can observe the garden and wake up to the chirping of the sea swallows It is a villa for 8 people, with the possibility of adding a ninth bed, entirely surrounded by pine forests.
Outside, a large terrace that surrounds the three sides of the villa, equipped with barbecue, table with comfortable armchairs, chairs and sofas for the relax and fascinating aperitifs at sunset.
The villa is equipped with free wi-fi. Satellite channels. Air conditioning in all rooms, independent.
Access is through the main gate with remote control. The villa is in fact situated inside a private, safe, adjacent to other villas of property.
The villa is located 5400 meters from the historic center of the island of La Madddalena, 700 meters from the supermarket, 400 meters from the bakery pizzeria and 2 km from the bridge of Caprera. In 20 minutes you can arrive by sea to the islands of the Archipelago including the famous Pink Beach.
