The villa is surrounded by a terrace wrapping around three sides of the property, equipped with a brick wood-fired barbecue, table, armchairs, sofas, and chairs for alfresco dining and aperitifs. A private pine grove on the south-west side and a small pine area by the sea, complete with an outdoor shower and table for snacks, provide additional spaces to enjoy the sun and relax.
Three sunbathing areas allow you to choose your preferred spot: the elevated beach with sun loungers, the natural beach to the north, and the small natural cove to the north-east. For boating enthusiasts, the villa also features a private jetty for boats up to 9 metres. The internal parking area accommodates up to 4 cars.

Opposite, a dining table allows you to enjoy meals in complete relaxation, even when a gentle breeze flows in from the terrace. The large English-style window opens onto a 60 sm terrace with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Giardinelli, perfect for sunny breakfasts or aperitifs at sunset.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: American fridge, induction hob, external extractor hood, dishwasher for 12 covers, ventilated oven with 7 programmes, combination Smart microwave, coffee machine, and much more—ideal for those who love to cook while on holiday.

The sleeping area features three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each overlooking the garden and the whisper of the sea. The four bathrooms with showers, two of which are en-suite, ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Each morning, you will be greeted by the song of seabirds, a unique awakening amidst nature and tranquillity.

The villa offers free Wi-Fi, satellite channels, and autonomous air conditioning in all rooms. Access is via the main gate with remote control, within a private and secure estate, ensuring maximum privacy.

Fast check-in is mandatory for both accommodation requiring our operator and automated accommodation. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes. You will be provided with a personalised door unlock code, and in the e-mail you will receive there will be the buttons or door and/or door unlock codes.
- A credit card is required as a security deposit.
- The cancellation policy will be made explicit in the quote. A few days before your arrival, you will be contacted with specific access instructions for each accommodation.
