The dream villa in reality
Detached villa measuring 139 square metres located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by countryside rich in Mediterranean scrub (olive trees, myrtle, mastic trees, junipers, rockroses) in the centre of the island of La Maddalena.
Recently renovated villa: 2019. One of the first houses on the island of La Maddalena.
ONLY 1,300 metres from the sea (Cala Spalmatore, Porto Massimo, Bassa Trinita, Monte d’Arena), 5,6 km from the historical centre; the supermarket is 4,5 km away.
The island of Caprera at 6.00 km with its pine forests and beaches.
Outdoor spaces and coast of the villa
By choosing Villa Magdala, you can reach the main beaches of the island only 1400 meters away, 4 minutes by car.
Also new this year is the arrival of Donkey! Young and nice Sardinian donkey that is located in the large fenced ground, 120 meters from the dependance, in his privacy.
Free use of the Jacuzzi, to be used mainly in the evening (water at 38 degrees). Regenerating. WARNING: it is NOT a pool for children. It must be used under parental control. Surely suitable from 6 years old and up. It is a SPA.
In front of the Dependance, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, there is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower.
La Maddalena offers plenty of excursions, the sea and the old town just 7 minutes from the house.

The two kitchens are complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and oven, wine rack, toaster, smoothies, water purifier, milk frothers, capsule coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single sommier beds (which can be converted into 1 double bed) and 1 sofa bed (in the annex), accommodating a total of 8 people.
The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with Wi-Fi, televisions (5 smart TVs), washing machines in each unit, air conditioning, a safe and private parking.
There are also hairdryers, ironing boards and irons, vacuum cleaners, towels and bed linen for the entire duration of your stay (at an extra charge).
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are travelling for business or just passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome.
You can stay for a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.
We will put you in contact, if necessary, with people qualified for the rental of a dinghy (possibility of mooring in Cala Spreader at 1,300 meters) or for a trip to the special islands.

Notes: A maintenance worker will have access to the property for the care and cleaning of the Jacuzzi and the Sardinian donkey. This agreed access will not cause any disturbance to guests.

Fast check-in is mandatory for both accommodation requiring our operator and automated accommodation. For the latter accommodation, it is also necessary to receive access codes.
