A corner of paradise, nestled in the granite rock
Villa Mica is a splendid villa overlooking directly on the sea (north and east front) and its horizon dominates the beautiful island of Caprera.
It takes its name from the millions of crystals that surround it: “mica” is in fact one of the minerals present inside the granite rock.
Oasis of absolute tranquility, offers deep emotions for a spontaneous rediscovery of nature: colors, lights, scents and flights of seagulls envelop guests’ days.
The Villa is surrounded by thick vegetation (pines, junipers and Mediterranean maquis), which makes it reserved, perfect for an exclusive stay in one of the most beautiful stretches of coast of Sardinia, declared International Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A few meters from the sea, with its exclusive beach, unique of its kind, Villa Mica can accommodate one or more families at the same time, as well as individuals looking for privacy, tranquility and relaxation and sport.
About 1,000 square meters of pine forest, Mediterranean vegetation and small rocks surround Villa Mica, ensuring guests privacy and quiet.
The caletta, similar to a natural swimming pool, and its beach are overlooked by a large terrace with veranda. There are numerous characteristic corners where you can relax and sunbathe.
The villa also has barbeque area exposed to the summer breezes of tramontana, grecale and sirocco, which make it naturally cool and comfortable.
From the sunbathing area to the east, is clearly visible Caprera and the “white house” of the Hero Giuseppe Garibaldi.
Villa Mica inside is arranged on two slightly staggered levels.
The large new eat-in kitchen with a panoramic view of the island of Caprera allows you to prepare an excellent breakfast while enjoying the first rays of sunrise.
Inside, there is an American-style refrigerator, induction hob, oven and microwave. On the large central peninsula you can use all the modern and functional appliances.
USB sockets to follow your video recipes with your tablet. Air conditioning and glass cabinet with numerous wine-tasting glasses. There is also a water purifier. The beating heart of the house, for unforgettable dinners to enjoy on the terrace on the water’s edge.
The living room has two large armchairs and a very comfortable real leather sofa. Opposite, a large Smart TV with which you can enjoy your subscriptions through the most popular apps. A Hi-Fi stereo with bluetooth and Cd/Radio player. Everyone goes crazy for the possibility to listen to their compilations by connecting their smartphone at sunset.
The two large windows bring the sea inside the house. The small reserved bay frames the entire living room. There is also an extendable table but almost one hundred percent, you will always have lunch on the terrace. Although there is no need for air conditioning, you will find the air conditioner ready to refresh you in an ultra quiet way.
The rooms are 4, (three doubles and one with two single beds) all equipped with window overlooking the garden or sea front, north and east. Also here, comfortable usb sockets for your relaxation and wardrobes to put your clothes in the best way. Each room also has a digital safe. Independent air conditioning. You can’t wait to be rocked by the new generation mattresses, soft and enveloping.
There are three bathrooms. In particular we point out the biggest one with panoramic shower: a big granite rock emerges behind the shower and, together with the internal lights, envelops you for a relaxing moment while you look at the sea. The sanitary fittings here are also designer, spherical and unique.
While the central bathroom, between the rooms, is turquoise in colour typical of the Costa Smeralda with fine Sardinian ceramics, here there is a bathtub with shower. The third bathroom is located in the room, with shower and sink, useful for those who need even more privacy.
